The housekeeping was AMAZING!!! The room was cleaned even at 3 pm. I am thankful for their diligence and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and always available.
Waiting took a long time to move between floors. This added to the overall frustration.

The location is very convenient to subway lines. I found several dining options very close. My room was clean and modern. The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the city. It was a relaxing way to end the day.

i found that the gym was small. it would be good to have a larger workout space.
